A closer look
A requester opens a case and invites a clinician to contribute. The clinician can add findings, treatment details, files and later updates. Reports stay together in chronological order and can be downloaded as PDFs.
The plan brings together the centre’s activities, local risks, dive sites, emergency contacts, team responsibilities, transport and equipment. Incident records capture what happened and the actions that followed, with earlier versions kept for reference.
